Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) organised a blood donation day for all its employees in the Mekong Delta Provinces on February 26, on occasion of Vietnam Doctor’s Day.
Around 800 employees from 16 branches of VietinBank in the Mekong Delta Provinces actively participated in the blood donation programme, to donate over 8,000 units of blood to help patients in hospitals undergoing life-support and emergency treatment.
Blood donation is an annual program organized by the Bank on occasion of Vietnam Doctor’s Day on February 27.
